Just Breathe Yoga, located inside Good Samaritan Hospital at 10 East 31st Street in Kearney, NE, offers classes for all stages of life in yoga, t’ai chi, pilates and stretching.

But that’s not all — Just Breathe Yoga also offers feng shui services for home or office.

1:00 p.m. Chair Yoga-Senior Center (30-min class at the Senior Center – must be 50 yrs or older to sign up)
5:30 p.m. All Level-Senior Center (60 minute class – must be 50 yrs or older to sign up)

  • Class lasts 75 minutes unless otherwise noted.
  • Payment is due first class of Yoga Session.
  • No refunds for the session, however you may make up a missed class in a different time slot during current session. You may not roll over missed classes to the next session.

What is Feng Shui?

Feng Shui (pronounced “fung shway”) has been called the Chinese “art of placement” that balances the life energies, or chi, in a living space. This living space could be your home, office, or anywhere else you spend time. Using simple enhancements, Feng Shui increases the flow of positive chi and subdues the negative flow. According to the theory of Feng Shui, harmonizing our personal chi with the chi in the environment puts us in harmony with the natural forces of nature and, in turn, results in a healthy, happy and prosperous life.
